I have multiple 1985 USFL complete sets. I sent the Whites, Fluties, Youngs, Kellys, and Walkers to PSA and should be getting them back soon.
Would you sell the sets complete with the graded cards or sell the graded cards separately?
Thanks for any advice.

separately is the answer. More effort on your part, but if you want maximum profits, this is the way to go.
edit: grades and pics when you get them back!

Thanks and will do! I was afraid this was the correct answer!

Sets get no love in football.
Take it from a hopeless set builder.
One of the sets in my sig has two cards which I would estimate (well one was an actual sale) are worth about 5K. If I sold those two cards:
1. I will be selling off the rest until I die.
and/or 2. the chase is done, cause I will probably never obtain another one to fill the spot. :)
Makes it a bit tougher for both reasons. I would gladly sell the whole set for 5K but I bet I would not find a buyer.

If you have multiple, then maybe try both ways.
Particularly since these are 1985 sets. I don't know if those garner as much interest individually beyond the Flutie.
