Events in chronological order here...
- Buyer bought a $6 card.
- They file a chargeback claiming "malpractice" (LMAO).
- Card returned to me by USPS - "return to sender - unable to forward"
- I message buyer asking for correct address so I can reship the item (for free)
- Buyer messages accusing me of relisting the card and trying to sell to someone else.
(Spoiler alert - I didn't).
- I message buyer saying that's not true
- Buyer messages saying my actions are "unacceptable" because I didn't reach out to them to resolve this issue.
(Reminder - they opened a case before I even knew there was a problem - a problem caused by the buyer nonetheless!)
I'd recommend blocking. Happy selling!
