question 1, does Aaron Donald come back

No. For the third year in a row the NFC will play yet another home game in the super bowl. Buffalo @ Arizona.

So they are getting rid of Kyler, huh?
Also, Aaron Donald is not retiring.
They are actually sitting well with the cap. They have 44 players under contract at the start of the new 2022 NFL season. Which is great.
They will have less than $250K in dead cap in 2022. Which is beyond great.
When people say they are "mortgaging the future" to win now. That just means giving up draft picks.
OBJ and Von Miller were on 1 year deals. OBJ might cut them a break and come back for less than he could sign for elsewhere.
All of their stars are still locked up. And if Donald does retire, the team will get a ton of money free to go on a shopping spree.

Yes they do.
They probably won’t, but they have a shot.

As does every NFL team.
Jets fans, at the start of the new season with +20,000 to win the Super Bowl

Odds right now, have rams in 3rd to repeat. Thats behind the Chiefs and Bills to win it all.

Currently, they are $10million over the cap, which isn't overly concerning, but still...
I gotta imagine Whitworth retires, I don't know what that does with the cap but saves them a ton...but also makes them require a new LT.
OBJ tore his ACL and won't be back until Novemberish at the best I imagine. Not sure what kind of contract he will be getting.
Von Miller is probably gone.
It wouldn't be so bad getting replacements, but they have extremely little draft capital. I would say they could replace Whitworth with Tunsil, but they have nothing to trade away now.
Can they repeat? I think they have a shot of course, but looking at it now with the potential roster shake up...I'm not so sure.

No. Repeating is super difficult. They are very likely looking at losing key pieces, coaches etc. I would not place $ on them.

Are Donald and McVay coming back? If they do, can they afford to keep Donald, Miller and Ramsey? Can Stafford's back make it through another season? What receivers will they have after Kupp? They mortgaged their future to win this year. The only thing in their favor is that the NFC looks very weak especially if Brady and Rodgers are gone so if everything breaks right for them. People come back and are healthy, they find money to add some more weapons on offense and/or nail later round draft picks then sure they have a chance to get back to the Super Bowl but I wouldn't bet on it happening.

Who does Arizona have to lead them there? Is that Tom Brady's next stop?

Robert Woods will be back. So the receivers are not a problem.

Odds have them in the Super Bowl again. Top 2 are AFC. Depends on Aaron Donald for sure. If everyone else is under contract for 2022.... the window is open for 1 more year.

donald, stafford, kupp, and ramsey is a helluva start.
noteboom is very well regarded to elevate to left tackle, but is a FA.
i would do everything humanly possible to re-sign von miller.

They are fine at LT when Wit retires. Alaric Jackson is a guy most have not heard of but he can play.
Initially I thought the answer was no but thinking about it again they have a shot. Woods will be back. The hole left by Miller is a concern. They have difficulty running the ball against good run defenses. They have question marks at safety and linebacker. Terrell Burgess and Justin Hollins will need to step up at safety and linebacker respectively.
If they were in the AFC they would not have a shot. NFC maybe. If the 49ers move on from Jimmy G then I actually like there chances more. I am not sold on Lance.

Brady gone so NFC South doesn’t have a shot
Cowboys are still the Cowboys so NFC East doesn’t have a shot
Packers if Rodgers/Adams are back and a contender from the NFC North
Rams/49ers are contenders in the NFC West.
So at the moment they have a great shot of winning the NFC. Let’s see what free agency and the draft does to change the NFC.
Nope

I said it more in jest because until last year it had never happened, now its happened two years in a row.
Arizona had 11 wins this year and would have a punchers chance of making it. Kyler matures a bit and Hopkins stays healthy things might be different. You never know.

Heck yeah, the entire NFC is kinda crummy all of a sudden. They just have to worry about what AFC teams gets to the Super Bowl really.

It's very hard for any team to repeat, in any sport, because you need everything to go just right to win a title, and that rarely happens two years in a row.
The NFL has only had one repeat champion in the past twenty years....the 2003 & 2004 Patriots.
Baseball hasn't had a repeat champion since the 1998/1999/2000 Yankees.
Just really hard to get everything to go your way two years in a row....

It wont be easy and it depends on free agency but with that offense, its possible. The defense needs more depth for sure.

With the Rams not being over the cap by $100 million, they at least have a chance. However, as others have said, it will be tough to do.

OBJ gone and teams will beat up on Cooper moving forward. Also, too many mercenaries on the team that will likely be gone.

Does who they're retaining or not retaining really matter? The Buccaneers returned all 22 starters and didn't make it back.
It's gonna take health and luck.
Yes, anyone can win so it's realistic. If you used the word probable, I would say no

Nope. Aaron Rogers going to SF! Putting my money on futures this day! Most ready team for a Super Bowl win and this is what Rogers wants for his legacy. Trey Lance you say? Nope not getting it done ever.
They might lose Von Miller to FA, gotta question if AD might get complacent after winning the SB, same with Stafford. They’ll be back to NFC championship but that’s probably the farthest they’ll go next season.

He should be; you don’t announce retirement after winning a SB with plenty of prime years in your career.
