Paid for a card won at auction yesterday.

Ebay is now considering this card as delivered... It looks like maybe USPS made a mistake? I've probably bought around 500 cards and have never seen this, is this a common issue or something more nefarious?

The setting on the employees scanner was wrong when they scanned it. It willove properly through the system
and arrive to you. Just give it some time
