How do I ask a negative feedback to be removed?

Got my first negative feedback ever. Feedback reads "the item was shilled". lol wtf? To top it off, the item had six different bidders, all who made only one bid. Anyway, what's the SOP for getting these removed? Thanks.

Ok so looking a bit further down the bidding history, some zero feedback buyer bid the card up to $7... but the card sold for $71. This guy is an absolute fool.

Here's the bid activty. He is obviously the winner. None of this makes sense. I hope eBay can remedy quickly.
