Is this seller Legit ? All auctions asking for BIN only

This seller has tons of auctions listed on cards, but then the description reads buy it now don't bid. Seems fishy and all the pictures are different backgrounds. Any help is welcomed.

It's not legitimate. Seller accounts are being hacked and this is one of them. The tell for me is that the 2018 cryptocurrency Brooklyn back mini 3/25 keeps getting relisted by various sellers. It's actually listed twice now with two separate sellers. I know the collector who owns the card and he's beside himself.
