For those who need a refresher, there are 18 types:

I'll give the Cowboys a Fighting/Steel typing which matches up pretty well against the Normal-type Giants (weak to Fighting-type) and the Steel-type Commanders (also weak to Fighting-type).

However, this leaves them in bad shape against the Flying-type Eagles.

How could 49ers (miners) be anything other than Ground/Rock type?

Dolphins would be, obviously, water type.

Very strong both attacking and resisting the ground/ice type Bills.

Slight advantage in resisting the steel/flying type Jets.

Neutral match up against the fighting-type Patriots.
