Well I finally got in touch someone about my 2 contenders Lamelo Ball autos. One was the Playoff Ticket Other was the Base. They are send me an Optic Contenders Base and a Red Optic Contenders to replace my 2. I think I did pretty well on those.

has anyone ever missed the 120 day thing? I did and wonder if i have any action i can take after years of waiting besides worthless panini points.

I have 59 pending redemptions...I managed to get one email from Panini but radio silence ever since.

If you call you will never get in touch with anyone. They are, without question, one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. But I'm addicted to cardboard so I keep coming back.

I just redeemed a base Optic Contender Auto last week, but I'm considering buying a base Contender Rookie Ticket redemption as well.

They have no active customer service manager so e-mail and Twitter will get you nowhere, only option is calling and pray they actually do what was promised.

Glad to see someone got their cards. I've had Zion redemptions from 19-20 with them for over two years now. Requested replacements over 6 months ago. Can never get through phoning, emails get ignored.

Well got a White Box replacement for my LaMelo, tried to get a LaMelo Contenders Optic Auto like that but they went the other way. Kind of just glad for the saga to be over and hopefully getting something nice. Not attached to LaMelo, got lucky in a break.

For me it shows when they updated to replacement which was like 2-3 weeks ago, then I just got an email a couple of hours ago closing the case and that shows what I'm getting.

Call Customer Service as much as you can, if you get voice mail immediately though wait until next day.

I can't answer for that guy but for my experience I gave up on the idea of LaMelo signing anything soon (I talked to the person on phone about it and she had no clue if/when he was signing) and I'm fearful as things get closer to Panini losing the licenses that you'll get anything good.

They may end up tossing points at everyone and offering you unlicensed junk at that point.

I had never received any redemptions from them before, so was 0 for 6. I ended up sending an email to their customer service politely requesting some activity and I got my 2 Donruss 2019 Kevin Durant autos finally.

So am happy for something. At least I have not been complete shut out.

Well they just shipped my white box for the other redemptions I had except 2 which is a AD and a rookie from the rockets numbered to 10 since they are new. We will see how it goes. I had rest of my football replaced.
