Taiwan is not the middle of the Sahara or Outer Mongolia. Many flights per day to US. Unless they sent on the slow boat (ground instead of air mail).

If the eBay seller has consistent feedback, you shouldn't worry about it. I had cards shipped from China that took 1.5 weeks to arrive. As long it is moving you should be fine. I'd be worry about our shipping thieves in US than international customs.
