Anyone have an idea on how to compress video to make them fit onto youtube?

I am trying to figure this out before I start to rip....

If you dont get a good answer, I know you can put the videos on Google and not have to worry about compressing them. That is what I had to do with the Triple Threads break a while back and it worked fine.
