Is that card even legit? Any idea when the we'll get a chance to get something from the likes of Bowman, Panini, etc.?

The Panini Instant card is legit, you'll have to wait until Panini gets around to print up the orders then wait for the seller to receive it to then ship it to you. FWIW, I've purchased from that seller before and I haven't had any issues.
