This guy has a ton of feedback but has been a nightmare to deal with - stay far away.
Bought a big card from him - made a reasonable offer on a listing but it was well below his list price. He immediately accepted. Card didn't ship for several days but it was within the handling time on the listing. Finally he uploaded FedEx tracking # on the last day before he'd get dinged for shipping late.
After a few days with no progress shown on the tracking, I reached out to him for an update. He said that FedEx had the card but that their website wasn't updated. That's when I knew this was a bad deal.
So I had to wait out the shipping time to file a claim, and now have to wait out the claim period to get my refund. So essentially this deadbeat has had my money for 3 weeks - I guess he views it as a good short-term zero interest loan.
