I can damage a 1990 Topps Frank Thomas, send it to PSA, get a 1, then sell it for $550? I've been doing this all wrong.

The same card (same image) is listed on ebay as "partial blackless" - hence the price. I'm not sure this is the same seller or not, I'm not even sure the image is of a partial blackless or not, so buyer beware in both instances.

The same card (same image) is listed on ebay as "partial blackless" - hence the price. I'm not sure this is the same seller or not, I'm not even sure the image is of a partial blackless or not, so buyer beware in both instances.

No stake here, but OP is correct- it is partial blackless (look at the black border around his name - there are also a few other places but that's the easiest to find), there's lots of info on Google for these if you've never heard of them

PSA label would note Error - Partial Blackness… if that was the case
