I have a drop off location a few miles from my house. Problem is its a small computer repair store and they close literally whenever they feel like it. Two weeks ago they closed Wed-Friday. Last week I stopped by at 2 and they had closed early. Its like this every single week and it was annoying at first but not I had two packages late.
I looked into getting package pick up. UPS has something for $15 a week if I print a label by 1:30 they'll pick it up that day. I was told I can only do this if I print the label directly from my own UPS account. I was hoping it was as easy as printing a label off from ebay and entering a tracking number on my UPS account.
I called ebay and they said its not something they offer. I called UPS and they had no clue. I tried to set up a 15 minute appointment with UPS for help setting up my business account and twice now they never called me (the phone reps are no help and there is no direct number to the other dept.) When I google it I see mentions of a paypal work around. If anyone knows or has a link handy it that would be great.
Also are the UPS Account and Ebay rates comparable? Would be no point to doing this if it all ends up more expensive than Fed Ex.
