Nope, sorry.

I am just curious why you are asking for more than the one on eBay for $600 obo. Do you think someone will spend more for the same card? Your card and you can ask whatever you want, but if you truly want to sell it, no one will buy it for that price.

Better yet is the one that just ended late June for $405 at auction, lol

Good luck with the sale there guy!

Why do people have to be so harsh about the person's price on his card? If that's what he wants for his card, let it sit there til someone wants it. If you aren't interested, move along.

He can definitely ask whatever he wants but their logic isn’t crazy.

Maybe you should reread what I wrote.

I would love to have this card, but there is no way in hell I would pay $629 net to him(so that what, $640ish?) when I get get one for less than obliviously $600?

You should definitely snag that "one for less than obliviously" $600 then.

I'm not in a rush to sell this card. If you don't like the price, move along. No reason to criticize someone's sale.

Take a deep breath, I promise you'll feel much better.

Have a good one.

The point is is that it's a waste of everyone's time clicking on this to ask 50% over market value because the chance of it selling is 0. I've suggested making it against the rules to ask for non-serious prices and deleting threads for doing so in here for doing so but I doubt that ever happens

A Raw sold for $400 in June, then a PSA 9 went on a BIN on July 27 for $950. You'll have to explain why asking $640 for a Raw in August, while a docu-series is airing about Jeter, is so far out of line that he's a non-serious seller. It's his card, and he doesn't like the offers so far. Either move along or make a better offer. This is how buying/selling/trading baseball cards works now guys.

Only thing that would have made this post better would have been God Bless at the end!

We can all tell that you are in no rush to sell, that’s the most obvious thing about this thread.

You have no idea what that card actually sold for because if a buyer accepts a seller offer, it shows up at the BIN price even if the seller offer was half. We can pretty much guarantee it was a seller offer for far less than $950 that was accepted based on the previous $400 sale.

Lol a docu-series. That's a good one!

It's actually not how selling works. Selling doesn't work if you ask 50% over fair market value, then the "selling" never gets done.

It’s $950 on 130point, and the buyer setting the price he demands to pay isn’t how “buying” works either. Seriously bro, just move on. I’m sure you can find a nice Ripken/Jeter dual auto at a price that works for you somewhere out there.

130point shows seller offers as the full BIN price. There is no way to see what an accepted seller offer was. At least you learned something today :)

and the buyer setting the price he demands to pay isn’t how “buying” works either.

The market sets the price. If you ask 50% over market, there won't be any selling done.

It did not. A seller offer to the buyer that was accepted shows as sold at the full BIN price. If the seller offered the buyer $500 and the buyer accepted, it still would show up at full price, not $500, even on 130point. This is why no one uses full BIN sales as comps, because it's literally impossible to know if it was a lower seller offer or the full BIN price. In this case, knowing a raw sold for $400 the previous month, we can deduce the sale was a lower seller offer not a full BIN

The market sets the price. If you ask 50% over market, there won't be any selling done. You can use terapeak which is free for all eBay sellers to see offer accepted prices.

It sold for 850 in PSA 9 on July 27. Clicking the link of the listing shows 950 list price.
