1982 Topps 5 pack rip

Kind of forgot I had this 1982 Topps “Fun Pack” stashed in the closet. It had 15 packs of 1982 Topps Baseball Stickers, 10 “entertainment” packs (which ended up being 1979 James Bond Moonraker cards) and the 5 packs of football. Overall pretty happy, centering is much to be desired, but surface corners and edges are all in great shape. So much fun to rip vintage!

No joke.....that Cromwell foil sticker is one of my favs of all time. I was 11 when I first opened one and thought that uniform was spectacular!!!

Nice! I cracked the 5 packs of 1982 FB from one of those Fun Packs about 15 years ago, and didn't do quite as well with you did on the pulls, but boy, that was some pure nostalgia, getting to again experience how early 80's Topps cards looked and felt (and even smelled) right out of the pack.

Thanks for the pictures, and for refreshing my memory of a similar break.

Even back then, I did not, although in years prior to that, I certainly ingested some gum from older packs that crumbled to dust immediately and didn't turn into anything remotely chewable. Hey, it was still sweet, I figured...
