I have about 55% of my collection distributed (in current estimated market value, not initial purchase prices) between three players, as follows:
21% - MJ
19% - Russell
15% - LeBron
The key others are:
Duncan - 6%
Kareem - 6%
Bird - 6%
Magic - 5%
Shaq - 5%
Wilt - 3%
Steph - 3%
Giannis - 2%
Joker - 2%
KD - 2%
Kobe - 2%
I don't have any Luka cards just quite yet but I do have a CP3 RC (1% of collection value) for whatever that's worth. Also got a lil' Stockton, Hakeem, Garnett, the Beard, and Kawhi, all under 1% each. That comes out to an even 20 players, huh.
Guess I should bump up my percentages for Wilt and Kobe, come down a little on Shaq, I'unno, add some more MJ?
edit: forgot about my '89 DRob material, so that's about 1% of the collection. Not sure how the percentages add up when I'm rounding

Not sure about players, but I split my non-pc portfolio up by the following categories:
-GOATS
-Future Greats
-Speculative
-Emerging Brands
-Sealed Wax
GOATs are comprised of Brady, LeBron, Kobe, MJ, and Jon Jones
Future Greats comprised of Mahomes, Giannis, and Luka
Speculative is Darius Garland and Evan Mobley (and I got them at great prices)
Emerging Brands are a few low Serial Number Panini inserts that have great eye appeal.

My collection is kind of spread out from the 90's 'til the present. I think the break down is as follows or close to it.
Paul Geroge 25% +/-
Rudy Gay 25% +/-
Complete mid 90's sets (ex-2000, finest, bowman's best, etc.) 15%
Legends Autos 10%
J.R. Smith 5%
Rockets and Spurs (past to present) 10%

I don't have a PC player or team, just set collecting. That probably explains the spread, although I do have random high-value cards of players that are not part of a set chase and skews the value distribution...Zion, White, Garnett, Herro and Sabonis are examples.
The above only adds up to 66%, the rest would be across all other players.

oh man, this is tough to estimate. Even with a massive Mitch Richmond excel spreadsheet (two, actually, one for career stuff and one for modern stuff) I'm not sure how it fits in with my MJ stuff, 90s refractors/sets, Dream Team auto PC, etc. I'll take a stab I guess!
MJ: 68%
Mitch: 20%
90s sets/refractors: 9%
Dream Team autos: 1%
Kobe: (misc PC cards) 1%
OSU autos: 1%

Can't really break it down by player. I go after the rookies cards. Try and have the top rookie for all the relevant players, just about.
Started chasing down all the Chrome RC's BGS 9.5's; Then same with Finest; and now working on the refractors.
Same with Prizm; but mainly silver or #'d.
I use PSA for vintage pre about pre- 1992
I started getting into Revolution fractals and parallels; but that's across PSA, BGS, SGC & CSG.
Now i'm starting to collect some graded 90's inserts of HOF's.

Current breakdown is prob something like 50% Bron, 20% Curry, 10% Ovechkin, 5% Duncan, 10% Kobe, 5% MJ. I do have some others but tough to estimate with the set builds. I'd love to pick up some big MJ cards eventually, especially if I can find them in a grade/price zone I like. In an ideal world I'd prob try to go more for even splits amongst guys like Bron, Kobe, Curry, MJ. Big fan of all 4 of those guys.
