About unable to enter shipmycards

Recently, I can't log in to shipmycards website, and it displays [HTTP error 503. The service is unavailable.]. Do you know the reason? thank

Someone has asked them on Facebook and they have replied that they are doing a server upgrade for a couple of hours.

There are multiple ways to communicate with them or look for this info so if you get this worried you should probably familiarise yourself with some of those.
