Just curious on opinions. It's a local sale, comes with some basic coa but none of the big ones. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220828/02b13ce7304597312af3498bc3a3bf5f.jpg

Stay away with a 10 foot pole.
Why can't he just stay away? What's he supposed to do with the pole?

Mass-produced set of Florida forgeries.
Correct. Easiest way to tell quickly is the type of paper used to print the photos. The Florida forgeries typically will be printed on inkjet photo paper. Last time I checked, Mickey wasn’t around for that technology.
The Florida forgers (meaning that if you search ebay for multi signed photos or baseballs of older HOF players) you’ll find that a bunch of sellers are located in Florida and sell the same type of photos.
They are using an autopen device. The signatures will be felt tip ink but are mass signed with an autopen.
One of the main guys involved in this scam had his inventory seized at an autograph show a few years ago but criminal charges were dropped for reasons unknown to me.
Hope this helps.

They probably didn't have a true smoking gun, ie the printer and the seller had plausible deniability.
Cases are expensive to prosecute and on coin flip convictions many times deals are made.
A holes like this are the worst element of this hobby and deserved to get a blanket party in the county jail while they await their bail hearing.
