What are some tips on saving money shipping sportscards. Singles and lets say a box of 100.
I understand a medium flat rate box is best for 2000+, but it seems really expensive to ship 100 cards in a small box vs. 2000 cards.

I wish I had some pictures but what I do with lots of 25-100 or so is this.
Team bag them in equal stacks so for 50 you probably have 2 bags. I then tape the team bag shut with painters tape. Take a price of scrap cardboard and cut to size so it fits all the team bags. Tape the team bags to the cardboard, then I tape another piece of cardboard to to it to make a sandwich with the cardboard being the bread. Then stick in a bubble mailer.
This usually allows me to ship it first class package with tracking. I usually double up the bubble mailers but that is probably overkill.
It depends on the set and the thickness and weight of the cards but I usually can do up to 100 at a time like this. Anything larger in quantity usually gets a 300ct or 400 ct box and a flat rate bubble mailer.
