In the past week or so, I sure have. At first, I thought I had my US address via Ship My Cards set as primary, but nope, my regular Canadian address is showing and there is still a solid 50% reduction or more across several different auctions through multiple sellers.

Certainly not complaining given how rates to Canada have been nothing short of outright gouging for as long as I can remember.

Wonder if eBay implemented some sort of cap/correction to align quoted rates with true costs.

Shipping costs FROM Canada to USA are also ridiculous. I bought a single card recently on eBay, and the seller charged about $21 USD to get it to me. I mentioned it in his Feedback post, and he objected, claiming he had no choice but to send it in such a way as to cost him that much. It was a good value overall, as the card itself was very cheap, but it seems to point out a growing problem w/ eBay; they seem to be forcing people to ship cards in expensive methods. Are you guys seeing this too?

This has been a problem for years. Back when Ebay first started most sellers could charge a stamp and some nominal shipping and handling charge and you could get a dollar or 2 card for 3 or 4 but now the same junk wax valued card cost 24 dollars???

Buy your cards on Sportlots and you can still find sellers charging mailing costs.
