Big win with Panini Wander Franco replacement

Submitted two 2020 Panini Prizm draft Franco redemptions when product came out, received the power plaid /18 a year later. Have been emailing every 6 months or so for the Tiger Stripe, requested replacement and randomly got an email from Panini to expect resolution within a couple days. Ended up getting a big upgrade from a sticker /25 auto to this!

In 2018, I asked Panini for a replacement for a 2015 Contenders Jameis Winston Auto redemption that was never fulfilled. They sent me a Deshaun Watson Optic Auto #'d /99 and a Barry Sander Auto #'d /15. I was ecstatic!!!

It does happen occasionally . . .

I gave up on my two outstanding. Still waiting 5 years on one of those redemptions and can't login to panini redemptions anymore and emails sent every few months have gone unanswered for years. And even worse, the player signed other parallels apparently that were mailed, but not the lower # one I'm waiting on. At least it was a scrub basketball guy and not someone big.
