Hey, I thought I’d share this. I had it made by my local frame shop. Totally customized by me. It has museum grade, UV, non-reflective glass. An added bonus is that the back of the frame has glass and matting. This way I can pull it off the wall and admire the back of the cards as well.

As for the cards, there isn’t much to talk about. The Dave Cone and Doc Gooden are important to me because those are my very first Mets cards from my childhood. I won’t part with those and they’ll stay on the frame.

As for the rest of the cards, I’m looking to replace them with modern cards of “some” value. I’ve got some great looking chromes, Topps Now, and numbered parallels of present day players I’ll swap them out with.

What do you think of the frame job?

Looks nice! Thumbnails are too small for my old eyes to see exactly what cards are on there, but the frame itself looks nice. I also like the idea of having glass on the back so you can see both sides of the cards - I've always wanted to do something that rotated, but then we're looking at custom fabrication on top of all the custom framing work...

Very kind of you. I didn’t know how to enlarge the photos.

You’re not missing any cool cards with that photo. But soon I’ll update them with parallels and perhaps and auto or two.

Sure does look nice on the wall. It’s great seeing my childhood cards on display daily.
