View Full Version : Question on Match Attax possible Error Card

Hi Everyone, My son and i are new to the forum and had a question on 2022 Match Attax 427. This is supposed to be Messi and Fati. But we have a Depay Fati with the same number. I cant find this card anywhere and was wondering why it doesnt seem to exist anywhere. See pics. The card is in good shape..but there could be a small scratch around his nose...tho this could be an artifact of the sparkle background.

Yes Exactly! That is the only one i could find too. Like someone at Topps got confused becuase Messi and Depay both have similar beards amd the wrong guy was picked. Maybe ill ask Topps about it. Wish i knew how rare this is...knowing my luck not at all. :D Any additional comments/ theories welcome. Thanks for your reply!

In past seasons, there have been variations between the Match Attax UCL releases in the USA and Europe. One of these differences has been a different foil printing, which also seems to be visible here. There have also been photo variations, so a player variation is not too far fetched

Thanks, this is the first I have heard of photo variations...i must have the only variation as no one else has this online. Has this happened to anyone else with other sets like chrome?
