It took me until this round to realize that Derrick Johnson made his team but Derrick Thomas did not.

Round 1: Who has the taller team per PFR?
The final four teams only have 19" of separation between the tallest and shortest team. Combined, they average a little over 168 Subway Footlong (https://www.eater.com/2013/1/23/6491527/men-sue-subway-demand-actual-12-inch-footlong-subs) subs.
Tony - 1850"
Mike - 1848"
Results = Team Tony Takes Top Tier
John - 1866"
Tom - 1847"
Results = Team John looks down on shorty Tom
Round 2: Which team has more presidential names?
Tony (1-0) - 2, Tony Carter, Tony Franklin
Mike (0-1) - 2, Michael Thomas, Mike Wilson
Results = a tie
John (1-0) - 22, John Madden, John Riggins, John Mackey, John Hannah, John Niland, John Abraham (2x), John Randle, John Lynch, John Carney, Joe Johnson (2x), Chris Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson, Lane Johnson, Gary Johnson, Joe Johnson, Pepper Johnson, Vaughn Johnson, Jimmy Johnson (2x)
Tom (0-1) - 21, Tom Landry, Tom Brady, Thurman Thomas, Michael Thomas, Julius Thomas, Joe Thomas (2x), Tom Mack, Tom Nalen, Tom Newberry, Tra Thomas, Henry Thomas, Adalius Thomaz, Zach Thomas (2x), Tom Cousineau, Emmitt Thomas, Thomas Everett, Earl Thomas, Tom Dempsey, Thomas Morstead
Results = Team John barely edges out the Toms thanks to 3 double scorers.
Round 3: Which team would win if they played against each other?
Tony (1-0-1) vs Mike (0-1-1)
Both teams match up very closely in terms of height and presidentialness, it's going to be a close match!
Actually, not so much. The Mikes front 7 utterly destroy the interior offensive line for the Tonys, leaving Romo running for his life and having no time to find his receivers. Unfortunately for him Samuri Mike sees it the whole way and doesn't honor the Romo rollouts, electing to cover Gonzalez and nullify his height advantage. With the pass game stopped cold, Dungy calls for offtackle pitches to Dorsett which Curtis and Barrow adequately cover.
When Team Mike has the ball, it's QB Options all day, with Vick gashing the defense time and again. When The Tonys send stunts to disrupt Vick, he flicks his wrist and hits Irvin and Thomas over and over. As they put the game away, Ditka is used as a 6th lineman with Alstott and Turner punishing the Tony defense.
Results = Mike 27 - Tony 13
John (2-0) vs Tom (0-2)
Team John has a towering advantage over their less than executive foes as they take the field.
Emmitt and Earl double-team Megatron all game leaving Andre opportunities to get open. Cousineau is surprisingly able to keep Mackey on lockdown. Madden starts to call for a steady diet of CJ2K to run in I-Formation off center runs with Riggins plowing the way. He switches it up and gives the call to Riggins on inside runs to continue wearing down the defensive line, already overextended trying to get past a very sturdy front 5.
When Team Tom takes over on offense, magic strikes again and again. Brady gets multiple roughing the passer calls thanks to John Randle, Pepper Johnson, and Vaughn Johnson not realizing it's no longer the 20th century. LaDainian and Thurman are magic in space and show the multi-threat RB isn't dead, it's deadly. Brady rarely bothers to throw deap on Johnson, Robinson, and Lynch, electing for high percentage, west coast passes to his RBs which the secondary can't solve.
Results = John 24, Tom 35
Final
Tony (1-1-1) vs. Mike (1-1-1) - Team Mike
John (2-1) vs. Tom (1-2) - Team Tom

I think some people have their Brady Blinders on.
The only player on Team John who did not make multiple Pro Bowls is the Hall of Famer John Riggins.
Meanwhile Team Tom has four players who only made a single Pro Bowl appearance along with the non-Pro Bowler roster filler Tom Cousineau at linebacker who was kind of crappy.

For me it's less of Brady and more an astounding multithreat backfield of Thurman Thomas and LaDainian Tomlinson. Only way it could be better is if Marshall Faulk's middle name was Thomas and it was a 3 RB team.

My backfield of Michael Vick, Barry Sanders, and Bo Jackson got bounced in the second round of the last tournament.
I'm still salty.

How do guys like LaDainian Tomlinson and Thurman Thomas and so make team Tom
I only want guys named TOM, not Thomas as a last name, no one called him Thurman Tom.
Seems fishy
Johnson as a Team John.... nope don't like it
