Has anyone ever had a single card missing from a multiple-card Probstein order? For what it's worth, there were multiple other cards in the package that arrived with higher values than the one that's missing. I've heard they don't respond to messages - am I going to be screwed by eBay since the package says delivered? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I've contacted them a few times and they've corrected my issue each time, it usually takes them a few days to respond and had to send a follow up once in order to get the issue resolved but they've resolved every one of my issues.

Thanks for the response. This gives me a little hope haha.

Sounds like an honest mistake, especially if you still got more expensive cards from your order. I would contact them ASAP though, the longer you wait, the more suspicious you'll appear to them.

Oh yeah def, I don't think there's anything nefarious going on. I've just heard horror stories on getting a response from them, and I assume if it goes to eBay, they'll just say it showed delivered and I'm SOL.

That's a good point. Just be careful, the window to file ebay claims for sports cards are really small(I think 3 days?), so you may need to do it anyway if you don't get a prompt response.
Not saying you need to do this, but when I buy a large lot or high dollar order. I typically create a small video showing the sealed package(from all angles) and then opening the package and showing all contents(including the empty package). This proof might be necessary later. Just a suggestion for the future.

Open a case for missing item.

See what Probstein says first, generally sellers will make this right.
If that doesnt work, and still unsatisfied, open case for Item Not As Described. If you open it for item not received, it will close automatically since package was delivered. Needs to be item not as described (there might be a further option to select- missing items from order- or you just specify what's missing in the message field for the case).

Crap I already opened an Item Not Received yesterday. I guess if that gets shut down, I have a bunch of other cards from the order I can open item not as described?

IDK can you?
Looks like I still can right now while the other one is still open. Idk if that's a good idea tho, or maybe I do it and explain the reason?

Got an email update that 'The seller has updated shipping information for your item. If you receive the item, please close this request.' so was thinking that they shipped the missing card and put in a new tracking number. However, when I went to check it out, it appears that they just updated the case with the original tracking number that shows the package was delivered. That seems like they're just saying 'tracking says delivered so it must be there' even though a card is missing?
