So with the new eBay cart system, is there a way to do the BIN without it putting everything in the cart first? The only option I can find on BIN listings is to "add to cart" and then you really don't buy the card until you check out which wouldn't be a big deal but the seller offers reduced shipping and when I try to check out, it's not applying the discount. I know I could just go ahead and do the checkout and then hope that the seller refunds the shipping overcharge on my paypal payment but I'd prefer to not take that chance.
