eBay authentication shipping boxes?

Does anyone know where they get those cardboard boxes? It's the one thing I kinda like about their program. I checked Uline, Amazon etc and didn't see anything similar.

Close to DVD mailer.

Ebay box is about:
7-7/8" x 5-1/4" x 7/8" (internal dimensions)
8" x 5-1/2" x 1" (external)

Similar size, not the same though. Ebay could be custom as well. One example...
