BGS new slab question

Has anyone used BGS Relabel service recently? Just trying to confirm that "Relabel" service level also gets you a new slab.I have a few scratched slabs that need replaced. BGS disconnected their telephone support. I attached screenshot. Thanks

I did one a few months ago, got a new slab. That was before they actually added that choice to their site tho, and I had to write a letter asking for it.

Well, they're not David Copperfield. The label is inside the slab. Therefore to replace it, they have to crack out the card and put it in a new one.
