I saw a new account pop up on COMC recently that seemed to be very reminiscent of the old OCSI accounts. On the surface, the account doesn't seem to link back to Rich Katz, Johnathan Miller, and OCSI, however if you really do some digging, it's obvious that the same players are involved yet again. I haven't analyzed much of the account's inventory to see if it is or isn't trimmed, however I'll be staying away and I'm making this post for awareness.
And as an aside, it looks like Johnathan Miller, Rich Katz, and OCSI continue to be allowed to submit cards to PSA.
In order to link everything up, I first looked at some of the PSA inventory for sale on the goldenvisafund account. I then looked for cards in the same PSA submissions for sale on different platforms and linked these cards back to eBay ID realcardwivesofoc:

The name of this account alone made me keep digging, thinking that it's no coincidence that 1.) I suspected that goldenvisafund was OCSI and 2.) goldenvisafund AKA realcardwivesofoc just happened to be located in Orange County.
I then found realcardwivesofoc on Instagram and saw that a "Johnathan Miller" was following this account and a "Rich Katz" was both following and followed by this account. More compelling evidence, but no smoking gun since all these people are known to live in Orange County.
The smoking gun came when I clicked on Johnathan Miller's account and saw that the link in his profile is to the realcardwivesofoc eBay account. This directly links Johnathan Miller to the realcardwivesofoc eBay account and the common PSA submission cert numbers link realcardwivesofoc to goldenvisfund.
Finally, just to verify this Johnathan Miller is THE Johnathan Miller, I realized that his user name "asm1to400" stands for Amazing Spiderman 1 to 400, as in the comic book series. Using this info, I found a CGC comic book registry user by the name of ih8ca containing the 14th best CGC Amazing Spiderman comic book registry set. ih8ca is the same ID used by THE Johnathan Miller on Blowout.
Thus, goldenvisafund and realcardwivesofoc can be added to the list of known OCSI aliases. Buyer beware.
