The Burbank Sports Card show in Anaheim, CA on 8/31/23 - 9/3/23
with 800 tables and all the major corporate booths
and whisper that it is the "West Coast National"
deserves a thread here on the Blowout Forums

Speculation says, it might be as big as the National
Speculation that major buyers from Asia, will skip the National, and bring their families here, where the kids can spend the day at Disneyland, and after a week in LA, it's off to Las Vegas for a few days or a week

* I am not affiliated with the Burbank Card Store [Rob] or Dynasty [EJ & Jay.] I have no interest in the show. Not promoting the show. I'm just a guy in the hobby.

4th post in 2+ years...and this is the pump that brought you back? lol. The self proclaimed "West Coast National" is dead within 2 years of creation.

No they aren’t.

Also this doesn’t even make sense.

Who can afford to go buy cards if you are sending the kids to Disneyland with Disney prices. :D

Is this the Burbank Sportscards Shop headlining a show in Anaheim?

...I'm just a guy in the hobby.

Makes a detailed post about a different show in a thread dedicated to The National and says I'm not affiliated with the show.

I suppose an empty table is still a table.

A lot of speculations for a show that's only real reason for existing is for influencers to film content.

This definitely looks like the burbank show is struggling a bit. This person came on and posted a full advertisement for the show.
1.No major buyer will skip the national no matter where there from and just buy from the burbank show from past videos that's a terrible move.
2. La for a week then off to Las Vegas ?.lots of speculation for not being affiliated.
3. Can we please stop calling it the west coast National if the show can last longer than 12 years and it gets a stronger selection of dealers than people can start whispering.
4. Major corporate booths .PSA Beckett they do shows smaller than this one not a milestone. If the card manufacturers show then that's major Panini Topps Leaf etc. It's the burbank card show not the west coast National

Tell it to Insta, "abide" -- only someone affiliated with this clown show would post something so transparently dumb.

We could have had a thread to discuss the merits of the show and hear from those who attend, but not after this!
