Can you combine shipping on multiple items that all need to pass Auth. Guarantee?

Won 2 items from the same seller on ebay and both need to be sent to AG.

Seller says ebay won't let them use combine shipping because they need to be sent separately to AG.

Does anyone know if this is really the case?

It does say in the FAQs on the help page that each card in the same order should be mailed separately to Authenticity, for the time being.

I am not sure if this is outdated: a poster in a thread on here has said after talking to reps over phone, that cards in same order going to AG can be in a single package- in his case, 2 going to AG were mailed in same package were processed correctly. So it's not completely known. Each order has that Identity code on the address to AG, so it would be confusing to have 2 orders in one package. I would not be surprised if they would still get through fine put in the same package, but as a seller, I personally wouldnt do it until some more concrete verbiage from ebay is provided. I cannot blame a seller for insisting they have to be mailed separately due to the fact it says that specifically in the help pages.
