I just wanted to share with everyone that I have been to 2 shows the last 2 weekends and they have been busy. Last weekend was the annual Moeller H.S. show in Cincinnati. Friday it was packed to the point where you could barely move thru the crowd. Some tables were 2-3 people deep.
Today I went to the Vets show in Columbus. It is always a great show for vintage baseball and football. The crowd was kinda light but money was moving. A couple of the dealers said that they were having great weekends.
I think some people (me included) are going back to the shows instead of messing with ebay.

That's good to hear. I've always preferred going to shows over buying on ebay.

Great to hear but, for me , there isnt a show less than 1 1/2 away- and I know the one in Madison isnt really worth it for anything other than Wax...

Anyone have any info on the show they host in Appleton Wi?

Hi Ter, thanks for the post. We are actually the promoters of the Moeller show and monthly shows at the Sharonville Holiday Inn. We have been very pleased with the attendance at our shows lately. The attendance at our Moeller show was a very pleasant surprise. Gas coming back down has definately helped as well but it seems like the best reasoning is a strong collector base and a large number of big dealers in the area. I hear a lot of complaining from promoters in other areas of the country so I feel that we are very fortunate to be in the position that we are in.
Thanks for coming out to the show!
