Hello everybody, I'm looking to sell these two 2003-04 Pacific Prism Authentic Game Worn Joe Sakic patch card #112 and Jaromir Jagr jersey card #150. Both cards are in great condition. Sakic card is serial #'d 25/55 and Jagr is serial #'d 34/90. I'm asking SOLD for both cards with FREE S&H (this includes top loaders, padded envelope and Delivery Confirmation). Requesting immediate Pay-Pal payment. Sorry but I only ship within the US.
