My Slabs "Community-Driven" Capital Raise... LOL... Does the Grim Reaper Lurk?

Anyone else get the MySlabs capital raise email like half an hour ago? They are directing people to this page:

I basically translated the long winded email as: Venture capital realizes the jig is up. No more free money with risk free rates over 5%... heeeeellllpppp please!

If I had to bet, I'd say trouble lurks.

I got that. found the capital raise very odd and basically a go fund me with no chance of getting your money back

It looks like the extent of the interest will dictate the terms of the offering. They have a number in mind and don't want to "pay" more than the market will bear to hit that number.
