ESE & shipping to Puerto Rico

Sold a card this morning and when trying to purchase/print the shipping label it failed. Chatted with ebay and said I can't send ESE to Puerto Rico and to cancel the sale. I reached out to the buyer and explained the situation, they understood and agreed to the cancelation. Canceled and auto relisted. 10 minutes later it sold again to the same person. They messaged me again and said they want the card. It's a $2 Luka card. I've sent to Puerto Rico before and it's gotta be something with the buyers address. I'll look at it again this evening but has anyone had issues with sending a ESE to Puerto Rico?

The eBay system sometimes allows or sets the Country for those living in PR as "PR" - if they are set this way, ESE will not work. You need to get them to change it to "USA" and ESE will work

Thats what I do when I get one that the ESE will not take.

Also note that even once they've corrected their address to have PR as the state/territory and US as the country, some 4 line addresses from PR seem to get messed up in eBay's label creation process. Sometimes it'll just completely omit 2 of the address lines. I haven't found a fix other than manually adding the missing lines in MS Paint or something.
