Got to meet Jason Williams today…I never use paint pens, but have seen these POPs signed in paint. I had him use one that the company had and prepped, but it still turned out streaky. It did come with JSA witness COA, so not bad for $25. It’s PC so it will do. I’m happy to get my picture with him as well. I learned never to trust paint pens ever again LOL.

It is possible it streaked due to the texture of the box or whatever was signed as these may need to be prepped as well.
Topps flagship cards used to be okay for sigs but lately they have put a gloss coating on that has to be prepped to prevent bubbling and streaking.
