Whats the average price for shipping a case of cards. For example a case of Chrome baseball?

Depends on who you ship through. USPS would probably be around $35 with shipping and insurance. Not sure with UPS. Maybe check out the websites for a more accurate answer.

To Canada, 30-40$
So I assume within US it's more like 15-25

Not if you are insuring it for the proper amount.

UPS Ground is the way to go. I just shipped 5 different cases of 10-11 Classics basketball, to CA, NY, IL, some other places. UPS Ground was the cheapest. IT also does tracking and adult signature confirmation, which you want for sure.
My 20 lbs boxes to CA and NY (I live in IL) cost $20-$25, without insurance, and take 4-5 days. With insurance it was $40-$45, but if you pack it right you don't need insurance. Your boxes will be lighter, probably.
Good luck.

Don't you have a base insurance coverage in the US?
I mean, you don't really need more than 500$ on this thing, so 4-5$ insurance?
I was guessing but Alex did a nice breakdown (as always)

I'm guessing so. I am shipping some stuff to Amazon's warehouse for Fulfillment By Amazon(FBA) and they have a special deal with UPS where a 25lb box is $7.xx to ship.
