New location of Triple Cards - Rowlett, TX

Been hearing about a new location where I live, and today was their first day open. We were the first ones in the door. Had previously visited their other location in Plano for many years and also the Dallas location.

Stocked with a pretty good selection of wax for sports and TCG, also a decent start for singles which they will build over time. Good selection of supplies.

They have a promo running all week where you share one of their Facebook posts and get a free blaster when you go in and show them.

Excited to have someplace 5 minutes from the house.

He said they would have a grand opening in the next couple of weeks.

I went in there yesterday. Very nice store but 3/4 of the place is just empty dead space. No value boxes of singles, just a few showcases of singles, but lots of newer unopened product. I will only judge the prices based on boxes and toploaders since there was nothing else in there that I would usually buy. I would say pricing was a little on the high side for that stuff.

I realize they just opened but they need to fill some of that dead space if they plan to make it. You pay rent for every square foot of space so you might as well try to fill as much of it as possible with stuff people can buy.

I will go back since its very close but I wont be back any time soon. There is just nothing in there at this point that I would typically buy,
