Dallas grew up about 75 miles from where I'm from and one of my friends grew up with him and his brother in Livermore, IA. Dallas comes back alot to the area and its not uncommon to see him at the bowling alley on a saturday night!

You heard correct. I am about 30 minutes south of Indy and every single time I have seen Dallas he is extremely nice and always signs. It doesn't matter whether it is practice, camp, or game day. One of the best guys in any sport and truely cares about his fans.
