Question about a buyers dispute

I have a buyer that has filled an item not received dispute. I sent the item with DC and the USPS site shows the item delivered to his address. The item was purchased and delivered over a month ago. I entered this info and the buyer has not responed or removed the dispute. Paypal is still holding my money. Should i set around and wait on the buyer or escalate it to paypal?

Over a month...take it to paypal (biggest reason the buyer hasnt responded and given they filed it....they need to close it).
