What kind of 1985 Nike Promo Jordan is this?

I came across this on eBay this morning, I've never seen a variation with the 'Air Jordan' text in the upper left corner, and what appears to be a standard size trading card. Also the stats on the back go up to 1990:

Some moron at PSA actually graded this?? And another 1 or 2 morons in R and D checked and thought it looked good? And then, to top it all off, another 1 or 2 morons QA checked it and sent it out? It isn't the same size, appearance and it has stats from years after 1985 on it. I didn't know we can just send in all our best Broders now and these idiots would grade them. I better get all my 1986 Donruss Rated Rookie MJs ready for grading. I hope someone from PSA is fired for this and made an example of.

Well, that is good. Now they should see each employee that had anything to do with this and make them watch PSA drivers ed style movies for 2 weeks each until they learn something about different eras of cards.
