Was just looking at the checklist or the 2023/24 Bowman University Chrome set...
It's missing so many top 20 projected guys (even moreso among the autos).
Given the caliber of international players and the g-leauge ignite and similar college-alternate teams, might be good for Topps to recalibrate these product (and retitle them as U-22 basketball or something, so they can capture all the potential draftable players in their sets)..
Unlike college football products (where basically everyone who might be draftable is in there), just won't be the case for basketball.
for example (going off of the cardboard site checklist), this year's product is missing the currently projected (and now that i look more closely, it doesn't have a bunch of college guys, like #4, 10,11,13, 15):
#1 (Sarr), #3 (Topic), #4, #10, #11, #13, #14, #15, #18.. and #2 (Holland, doesn't have autos).
Anyway just thought it was odd, but maybe that's normal, or maybe there's another product that's coming out that has everyone and their autos (may have to wait for Topps to officially take over the NBA maybE), if anyone knows of it, please post. Thanks.
