ebay bulk shipping issue

Anyone else running into an issue where it is defaulting to 8.5x11, 2 labels per page, instead of 4x6 single labels? I can't figure out how to fix it and have had to go back in and individually print labels after buying in bulk.

The option is in the "Purchase Pop-Up" right above the buy button; seems to revert every morning for me - its pretty aggravating! Just switch from 2 a page to 4x6
