it depends, because sometimes i get offers from multiple people at the same time on cards, and i discuss offers with each person at the same time, and there has been a time or 2 where i work out a deal with one, when another has accepted a price i offered.. in this case, no, but if you work out a deal then the next day someone offers on the same card and he takes that instead then yes.

well did he tell you his paypal addy? if you exchanged adresses and sent money than backed out and sold it than leave it, but if you were negotiating than no

Now if you wouldn't do the same thing under any circumstance than be mad

How did you "agree"? Did he give you his paypal address to send payment? And if so when did he do it? How long did he give you to send payment? Did you send the same day or did he sell it to someone else the next day?

You're leaving this whole thing pretty open.

I know it's not always popular - but this is why I love the SCF trade manager. Until a trade is "confirmed" it really isn't agreed on.

And yes I realize that trade manager doesn't stop people from failing to send payment in a timely fashion so there are still issues. It just helps make it official when you have multiple PM's
