If Ebay doesn't remove this, I think I'm gonna be done selling on Ebay. Anyways this buyer won an auction from me on May 1st. Immediately afterwards he sent me a message saying he just got robbed and can't pay. So I decided to give him two weeks. Afterwards he stated he has cancer and can't pay. Of course I can already tell its bogus since he keeps on changing his story. To top it off his feedback shows that he is still purchasing items on Ebay even though he claimed he has no money. I finally filed a nonpaying claim on him and striked him. Today he leaves me a negative. It's ridiculous nonpaying buyers are allowed to leave feedbacks. Ebay has been so unfair to the sellers lately and I think this one takes the cake. I contacted Ebay and all they said was they can't remove feedbacks but maybe this guy will get kicked off if he keeps on doing this and thats how I can get my feedback removed. I worked really hard to keep a perfect feedback and just like that, it goes away. Sad Sad system Ebay has.

I thought you couldn't leave any feedback while a unpaid item case was opened, and then if the buyer didn't pay they still couldn't leave feedback. The only way to leave feedback is if you paid for the item.

Also, please give us the user ID so the rest of us can block this person! Thanks.

Feedback may of been issued before the claim was completed? I'm not sure.

I've got one as well (Member id nevermore2010 ) - sad part on this one...99 cent auction! But I cant leave any feedback for it.

I have 6 unpaid buyers. Dont EVER get into selling Warcraft cards. You make a F*** ton of money on them, but 50% of the buyers will never pay you because they purchase a ton of them at once and then the person who responds to them the quickest usually gets paid. I tried to set it up where only users with a certain feedback number can bid on my items but it doesnt work for some reason... Sucks... oh well... just do the unpaid item assist and wait the 25days to get my fees back...
