Ok looking for help on this.
I do not know if it is an Enlgish to Spanish issue or what but I got a spreadsheet from them with items 1-6.
They are calling it a survey and asking me how much I would pay for each item.
I ask them to match up with the art and they send me to the website that has 50 items and no number 1.
For those that may be chasing these.
Is it a silent auction?
What are the items 1-6?
Is it an actual survey for them to base sale prices off of?
All in all quite confusing and no clarity from Fabricio.

Is this for the Grego set?
Where are you seeing it for sale? I’m not much a player in the OA scene as much…the prices for one, but in general….just too much stuff going on with it these days. Including how it’s obtained. Sorry can’t be of more help, just not following the OA scene as much.

Yes the Grego set.
You had to contact them for them to contact you about the sale.
Well they sent the "survey" but it is all convoluted.
The pieces are only 11 x 14 inches but I can still some getting into the thousands but maybe not more then 5-7. The rest should be less and also character selection is limited for the "good" ones.
But the process is jacked up.
You hear me Nahuel?

Hmm interesting. Yea that’s kinda outside my budget. I’ve learned the size doesn’t matter all that much (Jusko’s 1992s were tiny and sell for boatloads). I think people just view the painting as the “1/1 NFT” of the card in a sense. 11x14 seems pretty typical for a MM painting.
Based on other recent MM sets, 4-5kish sounds about right for an average character. Which oddly puts it quite a bit above common character OA from like Hildebrandt’s 94MM, but recency bias I guess.
Grego’s art is definitely cool in this set and it’d be neat to land a painting. $5k+ though..yea that’s too much unless it’s like Spidey or Wolvie etc.

Yeah me too that's why this process is frustrating.

His rep is a dick head. I know some people that bought art from a previous set and the art arrived damaged, so on top of being a dick head his rep also can’t pack art appropriately.

But what it says here makes no sense as to what I was asked to do via email.
My guess is now I pick six pieces of art and give bids on them.

Those images really make it obvious and clear how much shading was given to the artwork. It's like Grego was trying to hide the details of his artwork, or create some sort of mystique to the characters.

Oh my. Consider me officially out of obtaining one of these.
For dual characters and only specific ones would I pay these prices. Most are overvalued unless their "survey" indicated people would pay these amounts.

Yea I guess artists have gotten smarter, getting the most out of these. Gone are the days of the old 90s ones which were sold at bargains. I’m sure many will be bought up even at these prices. (Not by me, this game is too rich for me). The $2-3k ones aren’t that bad, what a typical MM painting would go for. The ones I really like, such as Moon Knight and Wolverine, I’m not surprised to see are off the charts. Rhino only a cool $5k if glorb is seeing this :)

Haha -- the Moon Knight is priced the second-highest behind only Wolverine. They know the artwork is maybe the best in the set -- definitely comic-cover worthy.
The Black Panther is poster worthy, in my opinion, and is of course one of the highest-priced.
Dark Beast is surprisingly one of the lowest -- it's solid work, even with the extra shadowing.
Deathlok not being available is not a surprise -- it's pretty cool artwork.

That Moon Knight example is probably exactly why they did that survey. No doubt many responders probably would go hard on that one, as it’s easily one of the coolest looking arts in the set even though Moon Knight is not a top character. So they priced accordingly.
I was just throwing around the Rhino name above, but I do think that’s also a pretty cool looking piece, and the price isn’t as bad as some others. The Cap being even less also surprised me, although it’s not my fav image of Cap.
