2 eBay listings, same Saquon Barkley Flawless card?

Help me understand how does someone get away with this? One auction: https://bit.ly/3XEutHr and another auction: https://bit.ly/4hkbnNS but same card?

The likely scenarios are:
A- Seller accidentally listed twice
B-Seller did it on purpose, and will send card to the highest bid of both auctions, and refund the lower bidder

I've ran across this before. Two different sellers selling the same card with the same pictures, only changing the contrast of the photos between the two listings. I told the seller that I bought the card from which was numbered /2 about the account selling his same cards and he didn't seem to care.
