Need Help on Identifying Auto

Sorry to ask but I need some help. This is on a 1998 All-Star ball and I suspect it was signed during that event but can't confirm. Any autograph experts with an idea of who signed this?

That's Mark McGwire and the auto looks legit.

It may have a small premium since it is from the historic 1998 season. Beautiful baseball.

Usually these posts are very obscure. This one was very recognizable. Definitely Big Mac.

Thanks for the help guys. I suppose I should have recognized it but I'm just not an auto guy so if I don't have a pack issued autographed card of a player I'm just not familiar with the signature. Appreciate the help.
