Is this jersey actually came from Rookie Year jersey?

yes, these materials are supposed to be from their rookie year materials. A good example would be a Kobe tag version, where the tag itself shows "96" on it.

i think only some of them are. i pulled a garnett patch and it was clearly from the OLD twolves uni, and then also the durant ROY ones have been clearly sonics and not thunder, but i have seen several that seemed like they were recent pieces and not the colors of the old jerseys so hmm not 100% sure
